A gifted and accomplished Organizational Development & Human Resource professional, Sheila brings twenty-eight years of diverse experience in senior level positions to Snowden Associates. Working with both individuals and organizations within international and domestic arenas she focuses on all aspects of employment from Staffing and Executive Coaching to Strategic Planning, Organizational Design, and Career Transition/Outplacement. NASHUA, NH, November 17, 2011, Sheila J. Kabat, Vice President of Snowden Associates, has been recognized by Cambridge Who’s Who for showing dedication, leadership and excellence in human resources. Sheila earned an MS in Business at Lesley University and BA from Siena Heights University. Additionally, she helped pilot the Executive Leadership Initiative at Daniel Webster College and received an advanced Certificate in Organizational Development/ HR Management from a joint program with Columbia University and University of Michigan. Sheila enjoys advanced certification in use of The Golden Personality Profiler assessment instrument. Active in her community and in professional associations, Sheila is a graduate of Leadership New Hampshire 2001, serving on the Program Committee since 2003. She is a member of Business NH Magazine's review panel, facilitating assessment of the Top 10 Businesses To Work For In NH since its inception 13 years ago and designed/ orchestrates site visits each year, and has served as an integral part of the competition since its 5th year. Sheila has served as adjunct faculty and thesis advisor at New England College, MS Organizational Management and Leadership program for the last six years, business professor at Hesser College; and facilitator of Women’s Business Center: Develop Your Business Plan – Set Your Business Up For Optimal Success since 2004. |
