Maxine offers a career that is deep and wide in the field of Human Resource and Employee Development within manufacturing, financial service and IT arenas to support her professional involvement with SNOWDEN Associates.
Maxine began her Human Resource career at Dataproducts, Inc., manufacturer of computer printers as compensation specialist and was promoted to Manager for the east coast facility. When that facility was closed, she joined Hadco Corporation, printed circuit board manufacturer, as Manager for the prototype manufacturing team and national sales organization with responsibility for all aspects of Human Resources and team development. Continuing her investment in HR, Maxine increased her scope at Liberty Mutual supporting the Information Systems Group as Director, with accountability for HR, Leadership Development and Technical Training for I/T 1600 professionals.
During her career Maxine has executed strategic initiatives designed to support business goals. She led the development, implementation and training for IT and business communication for Microsoft SharePoint and Defect Tracking and the nation-wide roll-out for primary Commercial Markets Claims Processing System.
Maxine provided leadership for cross-functional teams to develop IT Career Model supporting development for both management and technical paths. In collaboration with George Washington University she created Project Management Leadership certification, resulting in 90% of staff receiving Project Management Certification.
She designed programs to improve employee relations and communications through implementation of 360-degree feedback for managers and co-lead multi-million dollar re-stack of Portsmouth's facility. Since 2009, she has consulted with small, family owned and closely held businesses to develop their Human Resource strategies.
Maxine holds a B.S in Business Management from Daniel Webster College. She is Project Management Certified and an ACA Compensation and Benefits Specialist.
She is community connected and currently involved with local Health Care firms providing individual care for individuals and families facing the challenges of dementia and Alzheimer's. Maxine also invests her talent to support projects with the Greater Seacoast United Way.
During her leisure time, Maxine enjoys spending time with friends and family, particularly her three grandchildren who continually amaze and ALWAYS put a smile on her face.
