Len has extensive background in management practices, general employment issues, human resource development and staffing from senior management responsibilities with a major international retailer. As President/CEO of Snowden, Len has been involved in the placement of over 100 senior level assignments from Senior Engineers to company Presidents in manufacturing and banking and finance. As a qualified Coach, Len has worked with hundreds of senior level clients on their career transition.
