Len brings thirty-five years of business leadership to the Presidency of Snowden Associates. Len is an experienced senior manager, skilled in analysis, team building, coaching, mentoring, and career development. He has expertise working with a wide spectrum of skill levels focused on developing and mentoring talents. Len has extensive background in management practices, general employment issues, human resource development and staffing from senior management responsibilities with a major international retailer. As President/CEO of Snowden, Len has been involved in the placement of over 100 senior level assignments from Senior Engineers to company Presidents in manufacturing and banking and finance. As a qualified Coach, Len has worked with hundreds of senior level clients on their career transition.
