A gifted and accomplished Organizational Development & Human Resource professional, Sheila offers a diverse background and experience in senior level positions. Working in profit and non-profit businesses, she serves individuals and organizations within international and domestic arenas. Sheila focuses on all aspects of talent transition, development, management and sourcing, including Career Coaching and Career Transition/Outplacement, Business and Developmental Coaching, Leadership Development, and Talent Management, Organizational design and Strategic Planning services.
Sheila earned an MS in Business at Lesley University and BA from Siena Heights University. She received an advanced Certificate in Organizational Development/ HR Management from joint program with Columbia University and University of Michigan. Sheila enjoys an advanced certification in administration of The Golden Personality Profiler assessment instrument, Resource Management 360 Assessment and became a Certified Retirement Coach, Retirement Options in 2012.
Active in her community and in professional associations, Sheila is a 2001 graduate of Leadership New Hampshire, serving on the Program Committee since 2003. She served as a member of Business NH Magazine's Best Companies To Work For review panel and facilitated on-site assessment of companies since its inception 19 years ago. Sheila contributes her expertise to numerous not-for-profit organizations including Board /Committee roles with Loon Preservation Committee, Squam Lakes Organization, NH Audubon, Home Health and Hospice, as a volunteer. She also enjoys many non-profit business relationships including Pemi -Baker Home Health, Make-A-Wish NH and National Safety Council of Northern New England.
